What is Moshup Beach Extension / Devils Bridge Shore like?

The remote southwestern shore below the Gay Head Cliffs extending toward Devils Bridge. A wild, undeveloped strip reached by walking west from the main Moshup Beach parking area. Strong currents near the submerged Devils Bridge ledge make swimming inadvisable, but the cliffs, views, and shelling are extraordinary.

Philbin Beach is Aquinnah's resident sunset gem on the wild southwest shore, just off Moshup Trail below the Gay Head Cliffs. A wide Atlantic surf beach with soft sand and big open water, it's beloved for uncrowded space and spectacular light.
