What is Paines Creek Beach like?
A Cape Cod Bay beach where Paines Creek empties into the bay, creating a tidal creek that is a favorite spot for kids to wade and explore. At low tide the Brewster flats stretch out toward the horizon, exposing tide pools, sandbars and clam beds. Known for spectacular west-facing sunsets over the bay. Portable restrooms June through Labor Day; no lifeguard.
