Cupcake Charlie's is where it all started — the original Cape Cod location, opened at Mashpee Commons in 2008 by husband and wife team Dan and Penny Lessa. Voted New England's Best Cupcakes and featured on Food Network's Cupcake Wars, the shop bakes 16 flavors fresh every morning. The signature move is the Whirlie — your chosen cupcake whirled into creamy soft serve ice cream. Gluten-free options available daily, with 3–4 GF cupcake flavors every Friday. Custom wedding and event orders a specialty, with delivery and setup services available.
