Press Ahead Coffee started as a dream and a 1977 VW Bus — and it's grown into one of Sandwich's most beloved neighborhood coffee shops. Family-owned and operated by Jim Pressman, the shop at 289 Cotuit Road uses Three Fins locally roasted beans and keeps the menu tight and intentional: specialty espresso drinks, tea, matcha, chai, fresh-baked goods, breakfast sandwiches, and bagels made fresh daily. The vibe is genuinely groovy — comfy couches, low music, and a space that rewards slowing down. The vintage '77 VW Bus still rolls out for weddings, parties, and corporate events.
