What is River Wellness like?
River Wellness is a small movement-therapy studio at 14A Truro Center Road, in the same parking lot as the Truro General Store and the Truro Post Office. Classes run on Pilates reformer, tower, chair, barrels and mat, with fascia movement therapy and breath work, as semi-private classes and private instruction. The current class schedule and sign-up are on the studio's website.
