The dough ferments for at least 48 hours and uses a custom blend of King Arthur flours, topped with imported Italian ingredients and extra virgin olive oil. Order ahead online and choose a pickup time; they don't take phone orders. To find it, look for the hand-lettered blue sign over the side alley and follow it down to the blue door.
