What is Hathaway's Pond Conservation Area like?
A 1.4-mile loop around Hathaway's Pond, a clear kettle pond fringed by pine-oak woodland. Generally easy with some roots and uneven footing; an interpretive nature trail circles the water. The pond offers swimming, fishing, and boating in season. Trails are lightly marked and several side paths branch off, so a downloaded map is helpful. Leashed dogs welcome.
