What is Kalmus Beach like?
A wide, sandy Nantucket Sound beach at the mouth of Hyannis Harbor, famous as one of Cape Cod's premier windsurfing and kiteboarding spots thanks to its steady breezes. The protected harbor side offers calmer, warmer water for swimming. Dogs allowed off-season only (Sept 16-May 14).
