What is Crystal Lake like?

A quiet freshwater kettle pond with warm, clear, calm water, a narrow beach strip, and a low-key feel. A good alternative for swimming and kayaking when ocean conditions are rough. Dogs prohibited June 15 through Labor Day.

No lifeguard on duty; strong tidal currents near the channel require caution, especially with children. Young's Fish Market operates in season nearby.
